  1. We are saving 20 dollars yes but we need Nintendo Switch online, which is 20 dollars a year and that’s what the majority of players do instead of the one or three month membership. So when you think about it this is arguably worse because it’s either 120 dollars, or 100 dollars plus an extra 20 every year lol. Maybe if you do the free one week membership and do this during that time it’s less but idk.

  2. Wow! By paying $100 I save $20 off the second game! As if I already didn't pay $80 for the membership! 😊

  3. This is not a voucher most these games are old af n go on sale yearly. If it was a voucher for 2 new games as the release that would be good. This is a bs cash grab. Whose pays $60 for Mario kart 8 n breath of the wild in 2023 smh

  4. This I a good idea 💡. But for some of those games the discount should much much higher than that Nintendo.

  5. You know what's even funnier about this garbogé sale… you only get it if you already give them money for nintendo online lmao

  6. wow, 20 whole dollars off* a purchase of a full priced** game***? oh nintendo how you spoil us~

    *with purchase of another game
**same price it was at launch upward to 5 years ago
    ***digital copies only

  7. Or you could buy two used copies of these games from this list for forty-ish dollars a piece and enjoy the same experience for less.

You can even sell those games back when you are done.

  8. Add themes already! It's been six years.

  9. This is legitimately one of the most awful deals I’ve ever seen

  10. or buy them off amazon for a physical game for 50 dollars…..almost every nintendo game going on sale on amazon after the first month or so…pokemon was 55 after a week and then 50 like a week or 2 after that

  11. So I can pay 20 bucks a year and and get two vouchers for 100 bucks! That’s 120 spent! And normally it would cost… 120!

  12. So I'd be saving 20 dollars eh?

Even tho those 20 dollars would go to the actual online service itself to even DO vouching.

    Thanks Nintendo.

  13. Such a scam lol they are banking on people not redeeming one of the vouchers and most their big games have been out for years now. PC is definitely the way to go if you wanna save money on games.

  14. If you buy 2 games for $ 50 each instead of $ 120, you don''t save 20 bucks, you lose $ 100.

  15. You can hold onto the vouchers for pre-orders. Honestly worth it if you wanna save some money on Tears of the Kingdom Kingdom or Return to Dreamland Deluxe.

  16. This is laughable. Just make these games decrease in price over time if you want to offer value?

  17. I kinda hate nintendo after this (I am not raging because of this I think hate was kinda of strong but I a. Keeping hate so people still se it but I might buy this because this is still a good deal 👍 👍 👍 👍)

  18. "If you don't design your own life plan, chances are you'll fall into someone else's plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much." __Jim Rohn

  19. I 🏴‍☠️ all my switch games. I’ll save my $99 thanks though.

  20. If it was $40 off then we would be talking but I would rather buy the physical copy’s for another 20

  21. That's cool and all but unless this is a front to hide the Advance Wars reboots releases without "actually releasing them" I don't understand why you would divert the marketing team into plastic cards again

  22. I noticed two $49.99 games on the list which is just stupid. You'd save nothing if you got both and only $10 if you paired one with a $60 game. It's only really worth it for new releases or the few games that never go on sale.

  23. They really just can't lower their prices

  24. MK8D is already $50 at places like WalMart, Target, and GameStop?

    How is this a deal?

  25. Here’s an insane thought. What if you just offered NSO members a ten dollar discount on these digital games instead of hiding the discount behind a convoluted process?

  26. You get to save $20 on two games…. after having to spend $20 for the online service to get the vouchers. Well done Nintendo

  27. Well this is a certified classic Nintendo you could say! ✌🏼

  28. Aight, I’m buying 4. I need to get splatoon 3, Zelda tears of the kingdom (when it comes out) Metroid dread, and whatever the best pikmin is.

  29. Nintendo is so out of touch, they’ve got money to blow for a long long time and because of that they give the people what Nintendo wants, not what the people want.

  30. I’ll use this if slime rancher 2 and FNAF sb come out the same day

  31. So you can buy two games for $50 each but only if you buy the $20-$50 Online Subscription… There's no way anyone is dumb enough to actually use these.

  32. see, they could just offer you a flat 10-15% off digital purchases, but doing it this way encourages you to buy more full-price, first-party games and not just cheaper 3rd-party and indie titles that they don't make nearly as much money on. and considering this only nets you ten bucks off per game, you're better just buying a used copy on eBay or at gamestop. at least then it's physical and you only need to buy one to still get the discounted price.

  33. Thanks got Fire Emblem 3 Hope's and Engage thru these! 🙂

  34. Imagine waiting for a game release only to realize these vouchers can't be redeemed 12months after purchase. Haha you lost me Nintendo.

  35. Uh, you could just make games 50$ instead of making a convoluted way of obtaining them:

  36. Only nintendo could give such an awful deal and make it seem like the best thing ever

  37. There’s actually a few $60 games I’ve been eyeing for a while. Might use this.
