Change this title to "15 Best Adventure Indie Games of this Generation
"
and it will be accurate. Otherwise, fuck off with those picks.
What Remains of Edith Finch is a treasure that didn't get the attention it deserved. Just a brilliant and emotional story of loss, family, and breaking a cycle of tradition and expectations while still having some unique gameplay.
I believe it's partially due to it being released around the same time as the overrated Doki Doki Literature Club, which took over the internet bc of the meme worthy cute anime girls acting creepy and let's play screaming videos.
Detroit? I thought you had integrity
So like, maybe put the series that literally defined this genre and that won goty last year on your list?
Still don't understand how you can call an Interactive Movie where you press a Button a Game? DBH, LiS or Until Dawn bored me the hell out. This Crap needs to end imo
Are narrative based games , adventure games?
So basically every telltale game 🙄
Night in the woods is the best game ever. Don't @ me.
Oxenfree was fantastic. Totally disagree on anything telltale. Always found them to be highly overrated, and was never impressed with the writing.
How much do you want to bet that the Detective Pikachu movie inspired the game, not the other way around?
If this list doesnt satisfy me the
"I WILL DRINK FROM YOUR SKULL!"
